How long does shipping take for custom race bibs?
Standard production takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically arrives within 2-4 business days depending on your location.
Are the bibs waterproof and tear-resistant?
Yes, all Boulder Bibs are printed on high-quality Tyvek material, making them completely waterproof, sweat-proof, and virtually impossible to tear during a race.
Can I include variable data like names and emergency contact info?
Absolutely. We specialize in variable data printing. Simply upload your athlete spreadsheet during checkout, and we will customize each bib with unique names, numbers, or QR codes.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large marathons or cycling events?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for large-scale events. Discounts automatically apply at quantities of 100, 500, and 1,000+ units.
What is your return policy for customized products?
Because our bibs are custom-printed for your specific event, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is a printing error or shipping damage, we will rush a replacement order at no cost.
Are safety pins included with my bib order?
Safety pins are not included by default to reduce waste, but they can be added to any order as an optional accessory in boxes of 1,440 pins.
